Renting a home can be complex.
Here at Crown House we can guide you through the entire process of your search, from registering, viewings, finding your new home to collecting the keys.
Initially you can reserve your new home by paying a holding fee, providing completed reservation forms, providing proof of ID and residence.
Our reference company will complete the reference procedure on our behalf. Once satisfactory referencing is completed a tenancy agreement will be prepared.
Prior to the tenancy start date we will require cleared funds. The deposit will be protected and registered with the TDS Custodial Deposit Scheme. Where a landlord manages the property, Crown House Lettings will confirm the scheme in which the deposit will be held.
We also recommend that you have adequate content insurance to cover accidental damage against the landlord’s fixtures and fittings.
